Honda Classic

Rory McIllroy lost out on a four way play-off at the Honda Classic as Americans Russell Henley held his nerve to claim victory at Palm Beach Gardens in Florida.

The pair, playing in the final group, both finished eight under alongside Ryan Palmer and Scotland's Russell Knox after a remarkable last hour at the Jack Nicklaus-designed PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

McIlroy's tied-second place finish moved him up two places in the world rankings to no. 6 while Graeme McDowell, who finished well down the field on level par, sits at no. 15.

Tiger Woods, who withdrew with five holes to play in the final round with back spasms, remains no. 1.

Abu Dhabi Golf Championship 2014

Hard luck Rory McIllroy. A great performance non the less. Pablo Larrazabal carded a final round of 67 to finish 14 under par, one stroke ahead of major winners Rory McIlroy and and Phil Mickelson, who were both left to rue vital mistakes.

Thailand Golf Championship

A thrilling win for Sergio Garcia in the Thailand Golf Championship. Sergio protected his overnight advantage and downed Sweden's Henrik Stenson by four shots at the Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi. Congratulations and well done Sergio.

Hong Kong Open

Miguel Angel Jimenez rolled in an 18 foot putt at the 18th hole to become the oldest winner in European Tour history, breaking his own record when he won in Hong Kong last year. The Spaniard ripped a drive down the 18th hole to leave just a short iron in, and when he wedged left of the hole, he poured in a slick putt from right to left down the slope and into the hole.

Australian Open 2013

Rory McIlroy returns to winning form after a nail-biting finish to clinch the open with a final score of 270. Well done Rory.
